Voltiando a-capella...

El 19 de Mayo de 1999 es recordado como la premiere de Episodio 1 "The phantom menace". Una pelicula malosona (por cierto) pero que sin embargo representaba el retorno de la saga mas exitosa del cine luego de 16 años de sequía (Episodio 3 "El regreso del Jedi" se habia estrenado el 25 de Mayo de 1983).

Muchas maneras de celebrar ese hecho son recordadas, pero tal vez una de las mas exitosas es la de Moosebutter. "Mantequilla de Alce" (que seria su traduccion), es un grupo vocal a capella de Salt Lake City dedicado a la comedia que se ha dedicado a parodiar grandes canciones del cine como "Psycho" y "Pretty Woman" entre otras.

Pues bien, para celebrar el estreno de la nueva trilogia tomaron varias canciones del reocnocido compositor John Williams ("ET", "Jaws", "Indiana Jones", "Close encounters of the third kind") y le pusieron letras relevantes a la saga interestelar:

Por su parte, Corey Vidal es un pelao nacido en 1986 (no vio la primera trilogia de SW en vivo) y apenas tenía 13 años cuando se estrenó Episode 1 y cuando el estreno de la parodia de mos MB. Pero ha ganado tal relevancia en Youtube (es un asociado canadiense que tiene videos que han sido vistos mas de 6 millones de veces) que se la ha comido al colgar esta version de la parodia:
